All sales of digital products (courses, guides, templates) are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered or accessed.
Consulting engagements are billed by the session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue preventing access to a product you purchased, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review your case.
